깔라만시, 식도 손상, Calamansi juice, esophageal chemical burn

칼라만시(Calamansi)를 술에 섞어 마시고 트럼(reflux)한 이후 발생한 흉통으로 내원.

Calamansi juice has a pH of between 2 and 2.5 and is therefore slightly acidic.

※ 레몬 쥬스 pH도 3 정도 되기 때문에 calamansi와 chemical injury 사이의 관련성에 의문이 들기도 하지만 병력(술과 깔라만시를 섞어서 마시고 트럼(reflux)을 하였고 그 이후에 흉통이 생겼다)과 내시경 소견(EGJ ~mid esophagus, linear necrosis)이 분명하여서 calamansi의 chemical injury 가능성이 높을 것 같습니다.
