비브리오패혈증, 올해 첫 환자 발생 (2018.06)

V. vulnificus에 의한 중증 감염의 위험이 높은 조건들
1. Alcoholic cirrhosis (primary septicemia 환자의 31-43 %)
2. Underlying liver disease including cirrhosis and chronic hepatitis (환자의 24 -31 %)
3. Alcohol abuse without documented liver disease (환자의 12 - 27 %)
4. Hereditary hemochromatosis (환자의 12 %)
5. Chronic diseases such as diabetes mellitus, rheumatoid arthritis, thalassemia major, chronic renal failure, and lymphoma (환자의 7-8 %)

흥미롭게도 남자, 특히 고령의 남자들이 여자보다 중증 감염의 위험히 훨씬 더 큰 것 같습니다.
