포스포마이신, 임신부의 무증상 세균뇨 치료, Fosfomycin, asymptomatic bacteriuria in pregnant women

임신부에서 방광염과 무증상 세균뇨의 항생제는 다음과 같습니다.

Antibiotics for asymptomatic bacteriuria and cystitis in pregnancy

임신부 방광염과 무증상 세균뇨 치료로서 fosfomycin을 사용할 수 있습니다. 동물 실험에서는 adverse events가 관찰되지 않았습니다. 임신부에서 무증상 세균뇨 치료로서 fosfomycin, single dose를 사용한 몇 연구들이 있었습니다. 그러나 임신부에서 치료를 위해 사용할 때는 적절한 항생제 기간은 3-7일입니다.

Pregnancy Implications Adverse events have not been observed in animal reproduction studies. Fosfomycin crosses the placenta. Several studies have used a single dose therapy with fosfomycin for the treatment of asymptomatic bacteriuria in pregnant women (Reeves 1992). However, when treatment is needed in pregnant women, an appropriate antibiotic with a 3- to 7-day regimen is currently recommended (Nicolle 2005).
