Crohn disease의 내시경 소견은 longitudinal ulcer, aphthous ulcer, cobblestoned mucosa, preservation of ileocecal valve, multiple skip lesions, anorectal lesions이며 intestinal TB의 내시경 소견은  transverse ulcers, hypertrophic mucosa, scars/fibrous bands/inflammatory polyps, gaping/destruction of ileocecal valve, hyperemic nodules입니다. Intestinal TB에 대한 pathognomonic 특징들은 케이스의 30% 미만에서만 존재합니다. Crohn disease와 구별되는 intestinal TB의 특징들 가운데 다른 질환을 배제하기 위한 절대적으로 특징적인 단일 소견은 없습니다.
